NHK News reports ROIP project in Austria|CHAREN Tokyo Tranquilitea|Tea ceremony

The project “Reviving Old Imari Porcelains at Loosdorf Castle, Austria” was reported on NHK News nationwide on Dec 2nd, 2018 in Japan. The news tell this research approved that Loosdorf collection contains at least three national important treasures of Japan. The shards, which count up to 10,000 pieces, are the evidence how Japanese old Imari influenced the production of western porcelains in 17th century. ROIP is aiming to restore some important pieces with Japanese high restoring technique and hold exhibitions in and outside Japan as a symbolic action for friendship and peace.
